Graduate with min 1-3 years of relevant experience in handling BC Operation in Finance Industry, sound knowledge & exposure in MFI operation overall. Employee Training & Development

Shree Krishna Finance has a comprehensive training and development program in place to empower its employees and align them with the company’s values, mission, and objectives. The program consists of various types of training aimed at different levels of employees and their specific needs. Here’s an overview of the training initiatives:

Orientation Training:

New employees undergo an orientation program to familiarize them with the company’s values, vision, mission, rules, regulations, policies, and practices. This training ensures a smooth transition into the organizational system.

On-the-Job Training: 

Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and other field staff participate in on-the-job training sessions. These sessions focus on developing new skills, enhancing competencies, and ensuring familiarity with company rules, regulations, practices, policies, and product changes.

Refresher Training:

Field staff members receive refresher training to update their knowledge of the company’s latest products and modifications. These training sessions also aim to improve their customer service management skills, negotiation abilities, and their capability to handle challenging situations.

Soft Skills/Life Skills Training: 

Given the high-touch nature of the microfinance industry, employees undergo mandatory life skill development training. These programs aim to improve customer care services and build trustworthy relationships. The training covers areas such as customer care management, interpersonal relationships, personal effectiveness, business communication, time management, team synergy, conflict management, situational leadership, goal setting and planning, and sales and negotiation skills development.

Executive Skill Development: 

Executives participate in training programs focused on business communication, personality development, interpersonal relationships, time management, and team synergy. These programs aim to enhance their skills and capabilities in their respective roles.

Managerial Skills Development: 

Managers undergo training programs that focus on situational leadership, coaching, people management, and similar skills. These programs aim to equip managers with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and effectively lead their teams.

Special Training: 

Shree Krishna Finance conducts special training programs to develop the managerial skills of its employees. Programs like Managerial Induction on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Skills (MILES) help identify employees’ potential, leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, critical thinking, analytical skills, and organizational capabilities. The aim is to nurture their entrepreneurial capabilities for future managerial roles.

RACE (Renewed Adaptability to Changing Environment): 

RACE is a program designed to enhance employees’ adaptability in a constantly changing business environment. It helps employees assess their personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to identify areas of improvement. The program facilitates self-analysis, the creation of an effectiveness grid, and the reshaping of attitudes.

DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness): 

Shree Krishna Finance utilizes the DISC model to cultivate an influential work culture that promotes professional, cordial, and collaborative relationships. Through DiSC profiling, the company assesses employees’ personalities, identifies leadership traits, develops their capabilities, and improves teamwork.
